How To Sew A Christmas Stocking

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

The construction of the Christmas Stocking features an 8 inch x 5.5 inch quilt block, a lining and hanging loop.

FABRICS + MATERIALS

This pattern is designed for woven fabrics. We recommend using a light to medium weight [4oz to 7oz] cotton, linen or natural blended fabric. If using a light weight fabric, we recommend using a lightweight cotton or wool batting to add more structure to your stocking. Of course, this is optional and based on preference.

For the hanging loop, we suggest using either a natural medium weight ribbon or a light to medium weight fabric which can be sewn into an appropriate sized tube.

PRINTING YOUR PATTERN

This pattern is designed to be printed using your home printer on US letter or A4 paper. Full instructions on how to print your pattern are included in the Interactive PDF Booklet.
