How To Sew A Toy Banana

 

The construction of the Banana features both top and bottom stems, a lined removable peel, and a curved stuffed banana form.

This pattern is designed for woven fabrics. We recommend using a light to medium weight [4oz to 7oz] cotton, linen or natural blended fabric. If using a light weight fabric, we suggest a soft light weight interfacing for the Banana form only [not the peel].

For stuffing toys, we find an organic cotton or wool stuffing to work best. It packs nicely creating a firm toy and, not to mention, is safer for our children and the planet.

This pattern is designed to be printed using your home printer on US letter or A4 paper. Full instructions on how to print your pattern are included in the Interactive PDF Booklet.
